Heating/Cooling Total Service specializes in Forced Air Heating and Refrigerated Air Cooling. We perform an extensive Heat Loss/Heat Gain calculation with computer software following ACCA Manual J for every installation we do. This calculation is an extensive room by room analysis that ensures proper equipment and duct sizing. We will take into account the specifics of your building like R-values for floors, walls and ceiling, size and construction of windows, doors and roof. The result of this calculation is a very accurate heating and cooling requirement for your building. This way, over or under sizing of the equipment is avoided, and temperature differences between rooms are limited. Having the right size equipment is the key to energy savings and comfort. We draw up a spec sheet of the HVAC job at the start of each project and check against that specification if we are supplying what we promised you with a 25 point Quality Control check list at the end of each construction phase. We recommend you consider one of their new products, the Trane CleanEffects filter. It is a new development that filters better than any filter in the market today. It removes 99.98% of all allergens from the air that you breath in your house. This filter is very effective at preventing allergies, viruses, dust, and pollen (which are very common in our NM environment), and is also great for households with pets.
Total Service has extensive experience in commercial Heating and Cooling; such as large retail shops, warehouses, restaurants, clean rooms, garages and apartment complexes. The company is also experienced with custom home heating/cooling, and is sure you will appreciate the quality of work that we provide. Our heating/cooling side of the business is unionized, so you can be assured that everyone working on your program has completed at least 4 years of schooling/training. The union also allows us to recruit experienced managers, and complete large projects due to the ability to hire unlimited skilled trade within a few days.
